Women’s Mental Health Boxing and Peer Support Group
Who can attend?:
Women who are suffering with mental ill-health, diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Age 17 + (No maximum age).

Our sessions are tailored to all fitness levels, and individuals with health concerns are welcome to join unless advised otherwise by a medical professional.
